This Privacy Policy describes how 2048 Cubes (the "app"), released by MAKSYM SP Z O O, processes information. It is applicable to the Android version of the app.
Information we collect
2048 Cubes neither gathers, stores nor transmits personal data to MAKSYM SP Z O O or to any server under our control.
The app does not require user accounts. It includes no analytics components and no external crash‑reporting services.
Advertising and tracking
The application does not make use of the Android Advertising ID (AD_ID). It contains no advertising SDKs and no third‑party tracking mechanisms.
We do not sell, exchange, or otherwise disclose personal data.
Device permissions
Permissions are requested only when a specific feature necessitates them, and any information involved is processed locally on your device.

Data stored on your device
All data saved by the app remains on your device, never leaves it, and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data in Android Settings.
Third-party services
The app does not embed third‑party services directly. Google Play and Android operate according to their own privacy policies.
Children's privacy
The app is not intended for children under 13 years of age (COPPA) and does not knowingly collect information from minors. In jurisdictions where the age of digital consent exceeds 13, that higher age applies. Parents may contact uwivefuj12@gmail.com with any inquiries.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability of data, and to object to processing or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Under the CCPA/CPRA you may request disclosure and deletion of personal information and may opt out of any sale. We do not sell or share personal information.
Since the app does not collect data, erasing it simply requires uninstalling the app. Requests sent by email will be addressed within a reasonable period, up to 30 days.
Data retention
We retain no user data. If you contact us via email, we use your message solely to respond.
Security
Your information stays on your device and is protected by Android's security mechanisms. No system is entirely secure, which is why we keep the app minimal and avoid collecting unnecessary data.
Changes to this policy
If this policy is updated, the revised version will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date will be amended.
